Greystone Park is close to a nice local shopping center, Greystone Village, as well as a recreation center that can be joined by optional membership, the Greystone Swim and Racquet Club, shown below. Also, the Shelly Lake Park and the Sertoma Arts Center -- both public facilities of the city of Raleigh -- are not far away. The complex is quite large, with jogging trails, picnic grounds, basketball, kids' playground and much more. Greystone Park is a single-family neighborhood of existing homes (not new construction). It is conveniently located off Lead Mine Road in North Raleigh, and it consists of just a few quiet residential streets. The neighborhood is neat, clean and well-maintained. It is very conveniently located in the heart of North Raleigh.
